Yes, we’re going to ride back over them hills to Costa Rica, where we’ll look after a lovely hostel and pizzeria named ‘Funky Manza Pizza’ in Manzanillo, right on the beach on the Cariibbean coast!

We have cycled for 10 days from the border with Costa Rica in the north, Bocas del Toro, to Panama city!

We have arrived in Panama 3 days ago, and have posted many notes in the marinas, advertising ourselves as crew for boats heading north, to the USA or Canada.
We’ll be here another few days, fingers crossed!
